Welcome to AfterTrade. By accessing or using our trading analysis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use AfterTrade.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AfterTrade, you agree to:

You must be at least 18 years old to use AfterTrade. By using this service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Beta Service Disclaimer

AfterTrade is currently in beta and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
During the beta period:
- The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
- Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted
- Data loss may occur (though we implement backup procedures)
- The service is provided free of charge during beta testing
Use AfterTrade at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from beta usage.
3. Not Financial Advice

4. User Responsibilities
By using AfterTrade, you agree to:
Account Security
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Kalshi API Credentials
- Store your Kalshi API credentials securely
- Only provide valid credentials that you own
- Comply with Kalshi's Terms of Service
- Revoke AfterTrade's access if you stop using the service
Accurate Information
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use a valid email address you have access to
- Update your information if it changes
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use AfterTrade for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from AfterTrade using automated tools
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our team or other users
- Create multiple accounts to abuse beta access or free features
- Resell or redistribute access to AfterTrade
- Use AfterTrade to violate Kalshi's Terms of Service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property
AfterTrade owns all rights to:
- The AfterTrade platform, software, and codebase
- Our branding, logos, and design assets
- AI prompts and analysis methodologies
- Documentation, guides, and content we create
Your Data
You retain ownership of:
- Your trading data imported from Kalshi
- Your account information
- Any content you submit to AfterTrade
By using AfterTrade, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing our service (generating analysis, storing records, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data.
Generated Analysis
AI-generated trading analyses are provided for your personal use. You may download, save, and reference them freely. However, you may not resell or commercially redistribute AfterTrade's analysis outputs.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No Warranties: AfterTrade is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Trading Losses: We are not responsible for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes resulting from your use of AfterTrade or reliance on AI analysis.
- Service Interruptions: We are not liable for service outages, data loss, bugs, errors, or unavailability of the platform.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues with Kalshi's API, OpenAI, hosting providers, or other third-party services we integrate with.
- Damages Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from AfterTrade shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 during beta).
- Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on warranties or liability. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using AfterTrade at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@aftertrade.ai. Account deletion will be processed within 30 days.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment (if paid features are introduced)
- Prolonged inactivity (after email notification)
- Any reason we deem necessary to protect the service or other users
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to AfterTrade will cease immediately. Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy).
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For significant changes, we will notify users via email
- Continued use of AfterTrade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using AfterTrade and may request account deletion.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AfterTrade.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.
Third-Party Services
AfterTrade is not affiliated with Kalshi. Use of Kalshi's API is subject to Kalshi's separate Terms of Service.
